How language is selected
The language selector offers English, Simplified Chinese and Follow browser. We save your selection in this website’s local storage under saydart.site.locale. If local storage is unavailable, we try session storage; if neither is available, your selection works for the current page but may not survive another visit. This preference is not shared with other websites or used for tracking.
On entering the home page, we use your saved selection or the first supported language in your browser’s preferred-language list. If no supported language is found, we use English. We do not infer language from your IP address or location. Public pages keep separate English and /zh/ Chinese URLs, and directly opened article links keep their specified language. Account pages honor an explicit lang parameter; otherwise they use your preference or browser language.
Cookies and Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and interactions such as download, pricing, purchase and registration or sign-in entry points, plus interactions that Google’s enhanced measurement records automatically (see the privacy notice). When analytics is allowed, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> on saydart.com to distinguish browsers and maintain session state. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set unless you choose Accept; elsewhere they are on by default. If your browser uses a European or undetermined time zone, Google’s analytics script is not loaded until you choose Accept, and the cookie banner opens automatically when no choice has been saved; anyone can open it with Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is saved in local storage under saydart.consent.v1. Advertising cookies are not used. Before Google’s analytics script loads, up to 20 pending analytics events are kept in session storage for at most 30 minutes (not before you accept if your browser uses a European or undetermined time zone). Google Analytics processes browser and device information and interaction data, requests to Google include your IP address, and our property keeps event-level data for 14 months.
Local storage is a separate browser feature from cookies. Website hosting also processes normal request information to deliver pages.
Change language or clear website data
Use the language selector to change the current page and remember your choice. Select Follow browser to return to automatic language selection. You can also open a specific language URL without changing your saved preference. Clearing this site’s data in your browser resets the saved language preference and analytics cookies and may sign you out or reset its device identifier; it does not change the language specified by a public-page URL. Clearing website data does not delete the desktop app’s local history or data already sent to Google, and analytics cookies may be set again on a later visit. To stop analytics cookies, choose Reject in Cookie settings, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on in a supported browser to prevent Analytics from using your visit data.

Links to documentation, email applications or hosted payment services open outside this website. Those services determine their own browser storage and data practices.
